No Dropdown menus?

The horizontal navigation bar at the top of the page is designed to offer links to sub topics under the main heading. However, this functionality will be dependant on the browser version you are using and if you have JavaScript enabled. JavaScript is a scripting language developed to enhance web pages and make them more dynamic. To accommodate situations where this functionality does not work all sub topics links are duplicated at the top of the main text area on the top of the page.

Follow the instructions below to enable JavaScript in your browser:

Internet Explorer (PC)

  1. Select Tools from the menu at the top of the screen
  2. Click Internet Options
  3. Choose the tab labeled Security
  4. Select Custom Level
  5. Scroll through the sections until you come across one that is labeled Scripting
  6. Under the area that is labeled Active Scripting, select the Enable option and then click OK to turn on the JavaScript

Mozilla Firefox (PC)

  1. Select Firefox from the menu at the top of the screen
  2. Click Preferences
  3. Choose the tab labeled Content
  4. Check the box next to Enable JavaScript

Apple Safari

  1. Select Safari from the menu at the top of the screen
  2. Click Preferences

  4. Check the box next to Enable JavaScript
  5. Close the Preferences window
